ProX X-S18RGBKIT Xstatic RGB LED Strip Kit With Remote

The ProX X-S18RGBKIT is built for DJs, mobile entertainers, bar and nightclub operators, and venue owners who need reliable color accent lighting without the overhead of a DMX-based rig. The kit includes every component required to go from unboxing to full operation: an 18-LED 5050 SMD RGB strip, an infrared control box, a handheld remote, and a 12VDC power supply. No console, no programming interface, and no additional hardware purchases stand between the installer and a working light.

In live production and installed environments, the value of a self-contained solution becomes clear quickly. The flexible strip can be routed inside a DJ case or booth, mounted under a cabinet, tucked into a cove, or used as a bar accent where larger fixtures are impractical. The IP65 rating makes it a viable option in environments that see spills or humidity, extending its usefulness beyond the clean conditions where standard unrated strips would fail. The 120-degree beam angle eliminates hot spots and produces smooth, blended color across a surface, which matters in hospitality and lounge contexts where visual consistency is expected.

For professionals who evaluate long-term cost of ownership, the 40,000-hour LED rating and low-heat output reduce maintenance cycles and allow placement in enclosed or thermally limited spaces. The IR remote supports color selection, pattern modes, steady single-color output, and dimming, giving the operator meaningful control from across the room without occupying a lighting desk or requiring DMX allocation.
