ProX Universal DJ Controller Case Flight Road Case With Laptop Shelf | Medium

The ProX Universal DJ Controller Case series is built for working DJs and production professionals who need reliable, road-ready protection for their digital controllers at every gig. Available in large and medium sizes to accommodate a range of popular DJ controllers, each case in the lineup features a sliding laptop shelf that keeps a performance laptop accessible without requiring a separate stand or bag. The high-density foam insert system allows for a fully customized snug fit regardless of the specific controller being transported, making these cases practical for touring acts, club residents, and mobile DJs who rotate between multiple pieces of gear.

Construction centers on ProX's signature Gig-Ready Series plywood shell finished with Honeycomb Digital laminate across all exterior surfaces. This hexagonal texture was designed to resist minor surface scratching that accumulates during repeated load-ins and load-outs, a real-world advantage over standard smooth-laminate competitors. Steel ball corners with dual anchor rivets handle impact at the most vulnerable points, while recessed butterfly twist-lock latches and spring-action handles stay protected during transit and remain padlock compatible for added security. Removable front panel access keeps the controller's headphone and input jacks reachable without fully unpacking.

CNC manufacturing ensures consistent build tolerances across the entire ProX case line, a standard the brand has maintained since 1984. The foam used in these cases incorporates 85% recycled content, with the majority sourced from post-consumer plastic bottles. For touring engineers, installed venue technicians, or club DJs who transport gear regularly, this series offers a purpose-built alternative to soft bags or generic pelican-style cases that lack controller-specific interior configurations.
