The 24" rail-to-rail depth accommodates deep chassis units that shallower cases cannot handle, reducing the need for adapters or custom builds in fast-turnaround production environments.

Construction centers on 3/8" laminated plywood wrapped in ProX Honeycomb Digital laminate, a hexagonal surface pattern designed to resist minor scratches better than standard smooth-laminate cases. CNC manufacturing keeps tolerances consistent from unit to unit, which matters for integrators building matched rack systems across multiple installations.
