Gator GPC2018BD Grooves Series Bass Drum Case | 20" x 18"

The Gator GPC2018BD is purpose-built for touring and venue drummers who demand reliable protection for large-format bass drums. The roto-molded shell combines lightweight durability with impact resistance, while the exclusive rear-aligned stacking design enables multiple cases to interlock securely via integrated pedestal feet channels—critical for touring setups where efficient truck packing and roadside storage are non-negotiable.

Double-stitched interior lining ensures seams remain intact through thousands of miles and hundreds of load cycles. The plush red micro-velvet padding absorbs vibration and prevents finish damage during transport, while three spring-loaded handles and dual side carry grips provide ergonomic control for two-person loading. Heavy-duty adjustable straps with high-tension buckles keep the drum motionless inside the case, and exterior sizing badges speed up case identification in dark venues or crowded tour buses.

This case is the standard choice for professional drummers integrating multiple percussion cases into a cohesive tour rig where space efficiency and predictable stacking behavior directly impact load time and vehicle utilization.
