Gator GP-ICON-1008 Icon Series Tom Bag | 10" x 8"

The Gator GP-ICON-1008 is a dedicated gig bag engineered for 10" x 8" tom-toms, combining multi-layered construction with field-proven materials to deliver road-ready protection. Touring drummers and session players depend on bags like this to isolate drums from the rigors of transport—stacking, vibration, temperature swings, and impact. The reinforced rubber-coated base resists scuffing on concrete, asphalt, and truck beds, while the 1000D nylon exterior sheds water and shrugs off punctures and tears that compromise cheaper alternatives.

The interior red micro-velvet fabric and sloped zipper design make it simple to insert and extract drums with mounting hardware still attached, eliminating the need to disassemble or re-tune between venue load-ins. Heavy-duty YKK zippers and custom Gator paracord pulls are built to outlast the bag itself, ensuring consistent access across thousands of sessions. The padded carry handle and exterior sizing tag round out a professional-grade accessory that fits seamlessly into integrated drum case systems or paired with standalone hard cases for complete kit protection.
