Blackmagic Design BMD-CINECAM60KLFL Full Frame 6K Digital Film Camera

The Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K is engineered for cinematographers, independent filmmakers, and production teams who need full frame image quality in a handheld form factor. With a 36 x 24mm sensor resolving 6048 x 4032, it delivers the depth of field control and field of view that defines modern cinema production — whether for feature films, documentaries, or high-end commercial work.

The L-Mount system opens access to a broad ecosystem of contemporary and vintage still and cine lenses, while autofocus modes including continuous, object tracking, and face detection reduce operator burden on run-and-gun or single-operator shoots. A 1500-nit HDR touchscreen allows confident monitoring and menu control in direct sunlight, and physical controls including dedicated ISO, white balance, iris, and HFR buttons keep critical settings accessible without navigating menus under pressure.

Recording to 12-bit Blackmagic RAW delivers full post-production flexibility, with simultaneous H.264 proxy output simplifying editorial workflows. CFexpress Type B and USB-C expansion provide redundancy and flexibility that production teams depend on. Bundled DaVinci Resolve Studio with activation key means the camera integrates directly into a professional color and finishing pipeline without additional software costs — a meaningful advantage over comparably priced cinema cameras that treat post software as an upsell.
