Biamp Voltera A 300.4 Four-Channel 300W Amplifier

The Voltera A 300.4 addresses the need for adaptable amplification in commercial environments where loudspeaker types, mounting constraints, and acoustic sensitivity vary. Its four Class D channels support mixed-load systems with independent per-channel selection of 100 V, 70 V, 8-ohm, or 4-ohm operation, eliminating the need for separate amplifiers when distributed and low-impedance speakers coexist in the same installation.

Power sharing mode allows any channel to deliver up to 150 watts when additional output is required, providing twice the symmetric allocation without reconfiguring the system. Manual per-channel controls including high-pass filtering, gain trim with up to 3 dB boost, and fixed 4 dBu input sensitivity ensure repeatable commissioning and predictable behavior across diverse source equipment and loudspeaker models.

The half-rack chassis ships with mounting solutions for standard 19-inch racks and remote placement behind displays, under tables, above ceilings, or within furniture. Thermally controlled fan operation supports whisper mode for noise-sensitive applications such as conference rooms and private offices, while TAA compliance, CE marking, UL listing, and 5-year warranty coverage meet institutional procurement and reliability requirements for long-term commercial deployments.
